•All Equines and equipment are carried at the owners risk, all horses should be fully insured by the owner
•All veterinary costs or additional stabling in excess of that included during the journey, must be covered by the owner. If your horse requires urgent veterinary attention and the owner is not contactable, I reserve the right to contact the vet on your behalf, however the owner will remain entirely responsible for all veterinary or emergency charges.
•A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking transport, the full cost minus the deposit will be due no later then 24 hours before arranged collection time which will be discussed at timed of booking. The company reserves the right to cancel booking in the case of no payment.
•The company will transport the named equine(s) from the collection address provided by the client and deliver to the destination
•All times given for collection and destination are estimated
•The company will not handle dangerous horses, where possible it is advised that the client loads and unloads their own horses
•Equine(s) passport must be handed to the driver before the horse is loaded on to the lorry, failure to provide said passport will result in the horse not being carried by the company
•The client confirms the equine(s) loads and travels without concern
•The client confirms the equine being transported has not been in contact or suffering from infectious or contagious diseases, the box will be cleaned and disinfected after every horse, when the horse is at their destination, the driver must be able to remove droppings and dispose of them at this place.
•The client accepts an additional charge of £15 per 30 minutes in the event of the equine refusing to load after the initial 20 minutes
•The company reserves the right to return equine back to collection address if the equine is showing dangerous or damaging behaviour to itself or the company’s property.
•Urgent call outs during the day will incur a charge of £50 and £1.50 per mile round trip. After 6PM and before 8AM will incur a call out fee of £75 and £1.70 per mile round trip.
•The company will ensure that the 3.5ton equine lorry used is in roadworthy condition, taxed, serviced and MOT’d
